We had a wonderful experience working with Barbara and Josh. We were relocating to Seattle from out of state, and they helped explain so much about neighborhoods, local zoning / housing regulations, and even common issues with houses in Seattle. Josh in particular has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Seattle and we valued learning from him! When it came time to negotiate our offer Barbara had great strategy and was really transparent with us throughout the process. We felt lucky that in this market Barbara helped us get a "traditional" offer through - we had a full inspection, and even follow up inspection on items. It gave us great peace of mind to know exactly what we were getting. We highly recommend working with Barbara and Josh.

Barbara and her team have helped our family sell 3 residential properties in the past couple years (2 condo units and 1 house) and we have always felt like we're in excellent hands! Her negotiation skills and understanding of the market are reflected in the results that she's delivered each time, and her thoughtfulness and responsiveness make her a pleasure to work with!

Barbara brought so much knowledge, expertise, and fun to our house hunting adventure and we ended up with the perfect house for us. Josh brought tremendous experience, skill, perspective and enthusiasm to our home hunting project. He helped us notice aspects about a home and neighborhood that would otherwise not be noticeable to us, and gave us great ideas to fix/upgrade/setup the home we ended up buying. He is also very patient and allowed us the time to explore the neighborhood by walking to nearby parks etc to get a feel for the area. We were very pleased with his attitude and his working camaraderie with his partner, Barbara. They both made an excellent team. I will whole-heartedly recommend him for all your real-estate needs.
